Hello, thanks for sharing. Is there a benefit of doing this exercise instead of doing plain RDLS with a bar?
Hi! Elevating the front foot's toes pushes your hips further back, which makes the hamstrings and glutes work harder. In addition, you're getting more out of the calves. I like doing both this variation and the regular RDLs - you work the muscles a little differently which makes them stronger. You can also do this variation with a bar or with KBs.

workout newbie here. how is the sumo deadlift different from the sumo squat?
Hi! In a deadlift, the weights are in your hands, and in a squat the weights are on your shoulders (if a barbell or dumbbells) or at your chest (if a goblet squat with a dumbbell or a kettlebell). the location of the weight changes the way your legs and back work - the deadlift (especially sumo) works your glutes and hamstrings more and the squats put more emphasis on the quads. try both and you'll notice the difference! -Ilaria

Building endurance as you do with the small breaks is a great idea. It's how I trained to do 500 non stop pushups about 20 years ago. At the age of 60 now I can still do 100 non stop using the same technique you show but gradually eliminating the breaks as the training progresses.
This video deserves a lot more views. I do this almost every day, and it has dramatically increased my push up count and strength! Even if you get tired, push the video for 15-30 seconds and keep powering through. Get to 100!! Also, knee push ups are a great place beginners to start if you’re having difficulties!

Sorry but it was way to easy for me! I know that I am stronger than you in arms, abs, shoulders, legs yeah everything actually but this isn't tough for anyone! I am 16 years old btw!
I have seen your videos and you look really strong! I am 16 years old and train a lot! I would love to see you make a video where you do a long hallow body hold, a long push hold and just show how strong you are because I can't find a workout video by a woman on RUclips which I can't do! I am really strong so you really have to challenge me!
